The vision of The Harbour Centre is to infuse our community's arts with fresh energy and ideas and to support the gifted individuals who work, create, produce, and present art. We believe that the arts contribute significantly to the quality of life as well as the economic prosperity of our community. The Harbour Centre is open year round, and the artwork and workshops are executed by artists from Manitoulin Island.
